Don’t have the freezer space to commit to a quarter cow? This 1/8 cow option is a great way to get introduced to buying beef in bulk! We charge $7.50/per pound of hanging weight. The $100 paid now is your deposit, and you will pay the remaining amount based on the final hanging weight of the animal at processing. This box will result in approximately 44 lbs. of meat. This price represents an average savings of 15% off our retail prices. Our cows are raised on our chemical-free pastures and are grain finished. All of our animals are treated with utmost respect and it is our priority to give them the best life possible. Every one of our animals have meaning to us so it is our duty to make sure we do our best to ensure that they thrive and live a happy life here at the farm. We never give growth hormones or steroids to our animals.
